Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of School Task Agent, a service operated by Learn AI Agent LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

School Task Agent reads school emails you forward to us, extracts deadlines and requests, and presents them to you as a task list. Depending on your settings, tasks are either added automatically or held for you to approve first.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and be the parent or guardian of the children whose school communications you forward. Accounts are for one household. Do not forward mail you are not entitled to receive.

This is an assistant, not a guarantee

Tasks are extracted by an AI model. It will sometimes get a date wrong, miss a deadline entirely, or invent detail that was not in the original email. We work to reduce that, but we cannot eliminate it.

School Task Agent is a convenience, not a system of record. You remain responsible for your child's deadlines. Always check the original school email when something matters. Do not rely on this service alone for anything with a real consequence attached.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Use the service for anything unlawful
• Try to access another account or another household's data
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement

Cost

The service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything you already have starts costing money, and you will be able to decline and stop using the service.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Availability

We do not promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted. It depends on third party providers, including your email provider, and any of them can fail.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Learn AI Agent LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including anything arising from a missed or misread deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
